Hi ERGshareholders,
1, Dollor down 20%, then ERG revenue up 20% now.
1.5, interest rate cut.
2, EGM cancelled---postponed to Nov, no idea why.
3,115 millions debt converted into Vix ERG's asset,(debt removed from ERG.) so Vix ERG still has 115 million debt to Ignot is not correct. -----confirmed from ERG group.
4,50% residual interest of Vix ERG means ERG shares 50% of the Vix ERG profits.
5, current net asset should be positive, other than negative. ( depending on this monthly reporting.)
6, why has to restructure? when the Ingot loan due, ERG will not be able to pay.
7, no any news, comments about litigation recently, only interesting to see ERG still worrys whether NSW gov promises to pay if it lose the case.
8, ERG staff number is still around 900, not much change compared to half year ago.
9, SP, no idea.
