I think you are reading it wrong personally.
Just because he is no longer posting doesnt mean he is out. Infact look at the disclosure on that post "Sentiment: ST Buy Disclosure: Stock Held"
I have often assumed he was an insider, maybe someone picked up on it and told him to stop, or he just got scared of being caught.
