A little over 6% of the company,- so they will gain a new substantial holder but keep dilution to a minimum while at the same time significantly reduce risk - if that's the case.
Depending on the terms of the placement of course, Rizhao may or may not be entitled to the new RLL shares as well- I suppose there are a multitude of details in a deal that a newspaper article could not cover and the halt is warranted. Phew, and just in time!
