I read your thoughts with interest and thought they made good sense, but, amazingly, I looked at it as a positive.

My thinking is that Anglo will pursue "Trenggalek" vigourisly in the future, freeing up ARC to concentrate on another venture, hence the one they have signed up for.

Although, I have seen many of these specs jump from one project to another as each project starts with dreams and eventually turn to dust and die.
With that in mind my concern (and yours) is that ARC have jumped into something else now, because Anglo is about to leave the JV projects behind and ARC will eventually give those projects away and focus on the "NEW" project and once again deliver nothing, whilst enjoying their remuneration.

Time will tell!
