Well rudders,
If they were only going to use a 4" pipe, they would have had to keep the drilling rig engaged for an extra day trying to pour all that concrete down the hole, to plug it.
Well, at least we can say that part of Reg's brain is working towards reducing costs. Never mind the extra costs incurred for the bigger size pipe though.
(A bit of good humour is required every now and then lol.)
