Been waiting for the project optimization study that was due out this month, don't see that happening now as only a day left, and not a lot happening this time of year.

IO price remains strong and so should the price of the quality of IO product that Richmond plans to produce.

Not much going to happen until finance is in place which I agree looks like between now and March 2012, when this happens entry price will be significantly higher.
