Good post Timbo , bought another small parcel yesterday trying to push agg down ..I think a real bta will be announced before GV one year anniversary of apr 4 .. with meridian really only 6 mpta have to be sold .. but actually I think they will on sell 6.5 maybe 7 going to FID I think they will kept 1 to maybe 1.5 available for the spot market ..I think that 1 to 1.5 mpta will be were the big profit will be and that approach will get the job done for FID.. HC posters we need to progress are rantings .. last year it was all about Ferc order non fta BH environmental decision are regulatory stuff .. this year it's FID with BTA needed to get there ..
Anyone that mentions the procedure NTP is silly .. if there is FID all GV has to do is call the us senator for the great state of Louisiana and tell him a clerk at Ferc is preventing employment for citizens in his state
