There won't be a partner until price of oil and economics of exploration and drilling improves. Currently major companies are closing wells and laying off staff in their 1,000's there is absolutely no desire at the moment to spend money on exploration especially on very small low volume wells.

Even if Oil was over $100 from the preliminary tests it doesn't look as of GGX holding in Cebu is economical to develop further, if it was someone else would of already drilled it years ago.
