sophisticated investors that get offered placement shares sell them for whatever profit they can get. They are in the business of making profits and 10-20% profit is a great deal. Im telling you now any rally that CCC begins (above 6c) will be sold into. Look at the past trading history, every rally has been sold down. Not once have we been able to hold gains for more than a few day. Happens all the time with speculative stocks that go through placement periods and CCC has been going through one for a few months now! one placement after another...after another and so on.

New lows coming IMO, long termers are getting fed up and noone wants to buy becuase of the never ending selling pressure, the reasons above and bad management track record. If your fairly new around here there is no reason to hold this now, there will be a time, but sadly it wont be for a while.
