Thanks Reiner, you've summarised the situation pretty well.
The more I think about this deal, and what the future might hold either with the deal or without it, the more I think that the picture is so much brighter with the Chinese cash and connections, and I'm convinced that it would be very unwise to vote against it.
Once the deal is consummated, I think we'll soon see a stream of positive announcements from FML, and a progressive rise in the SP.
