The CEO just lent the company $150,000 which is convertable into equity at around 0.0065c.

Do you think he will not be converting that into 25m additional shares that are already substantially in the money?

I have spoken with the CEO on 2 occassions when he told me he plans to buy more stock. Bob is already the largest shareholder....so his goals are very much aligned with ours, I can assure you of that.

I too look at such indicators, but in this instance I would not worry, Bob has more riding here than all of us combined.
