    There has been some poorly informed observations on this site. Including many re the handling and flagging of the expectations of the MIN JV outcome. Management has been as transparent about this as legally possible. Those well informed have moved on.

    Just as a reminder when HXG raised $7m back in June 2018 they mentioned back then that "funds will primarily be utilised for the establishment of a pilot refining facility as part of the downstream business feasibility study".
