I have also had it explained to me by TB that if they get to 5% (under National Nominees with ADRS) then they have to disclose their holding no matter if they held in their own name or associated entities, so you would find out before they hit 19.9%. If not they could not proceed with any takeover in that SSN can Veto it.

Not really sure how the OSXT trade work just that the shares appear to end up in US and that when you see one in the morning we generally head that way - Sushi has a recent post on the US Yahoo Forum on this just today, might be worth a read or if he/she is reading this may like to share further on this forum.
