last trading day for 2009, page-7

I posted a few weeks ago the yield curve will need to be watched; I did keep an eye on it during my USD long trade. I suggested the short end of the curve will start popping out of its skin. Weeks later this curve has flattened and the short end is trading at par with the 30yr. This tells me, going into 2010 one and all needs to be very careful. I do not know how the Fed will operate with efficacy if it doesnt raise interest rates. In 3-6 months from now, the amount of bonds sold will need to be serviced and they are serviced by issuing more bonds. More or less the sh!t is going to hit the fan and its just around the corner and we all need to be very careful.
OK this is the yield curve something nice and basic.. equity market trend is up and buying the dips makes sense.
