Come now trav, you're starting to look like you're intentionally downramping now. You have no idea about the results, so your negative speculation has no basis in fact.
Also, fairly sure they have to release the assay results when they get them. They can't sit on them and release at a convenient time. They're probably held up with the company doing the testing.
