Options, If you buy them now (SRTOA) at .017, then anytime before the expiry date you can turn them into fully paid shares by paying .008 to the company. Or you can trade them up until the time they expire.
These are a good buy as the expiry is not till December 2017.
SRTO only have a short life, however if a good deal is done they will still make money and can be turned into fully paid shares for only .004.
