    Does anyone have an idea or experience with how srt will be acquiring the third party.
    Obviously with cash would be better for share holders but i dont realy have the background to know if they have to issue shares to the merging company and if we get diluted.
    I know its anyones guess for the fine print, just curious as to what would be the usual outcome in this situation.
