Ok MW has no idea at all, This is his first ever Shell, its just by pure luck he has stumbled across one of the biggest $$. fastest Changing sectors In 2016, his estimate of 10-20c is off the mark lets half it to 5-10c, his now got personally invested over $3m in heads & oppies in SRT because he has got no time to go to the bank. the terms and conditions of the acquisition will be no good because MW doesn't do this for a living his guessing, We will have to raise another 20million, MW and Cicero are only a corner shop they don't have any corporate contacts nor can they bring sophicated investers.
