    No Nearmap is not listed on the NASDAQ

    Nearmap are still well short of the requirements for a US listed stock on a major exchange, from memory some of the minimums for a new company listing on the NASDAQ are:

    No net loss in past three years
    MC minimum 500m
    Revenue minimum 100m (might be higher)

    Nearmap would be classed as a Pink Sheet company and trade OTC. It's a penny stock.
