Yes, totally agree freakme that you should seek the advice of a professional, which I certainly am not by any means.
The neccesity to hold until the 16th Nov is just my interpretation of Part 2 of the new issue annoucement (16 Oct 06).
I would be interested to know what others interpretation of this is?
