    redmond, i tohought A1 would use the inflation arguement, but it seems that 20-30% arent gains when they are due to inflation. Redmond, a gain is a gain, and when you have to pay back the same, it is a real gain.

    Redmond, one of the things that will cause interest rates to rise is inflation and given the cash floating around, inflation is certainly on the cards in the medium term. Own assets that appreciate with inflation and debt that doesnt, so the proery owners win again.

    And redmond thanks for letting us know you are earning a 6 figure salary.
