A lot of people have sold out after the ann and now are hoping to buy back at lower levels, given the lack of activity and news.
I agree with Nowhere Man, fundamentaly the direction has been set for a while. I guess only time will tell who is right or wrong but those betting on an opportunity to jump in once the news start flowing might be too late.
