Tough question.
On fundamentals (ie deal *off*) means QAN back in the $3's and the rest will take a hit for having wasted time and money.
But its still a long way to go to Monday morning, and more likely than not the general feel will be that the deal is still *on* (too much at stake for it to fall through - money, egos, emotion, face saving etc) and nothing much will happen on the market.
