I think what Sleep is asking is are there a regulations that clearly prevent directors from witholding market sensitive information until they have propped up their holdings.
I don't know the answer, but would be keen to find out. I guess that's one reason why directors stock holdings have to be transperent.
I'm sure if an ann came out this morning there would certainly be some eyebrows raised by ASIC.
