re: late announcement on comsuc. flory buying toda no doubt he got legal advice that he could make the purchase.
it is market knoeledge that they will decide before end of june. but there is probably no legally binding agreement signed and this is the only way i believe he could make a purchase.
nonetheless he must have insider knowledge.
