Well well well, what have we got here.

This goes to explain why ANZ had not sold any yet, and also under a constructive trust, which may have been forced by the courts or at least negotiated by both parties.

Let us assume this was known earlier, was this enough reason for the push on prices today?

From a non legal point of view it looks like ANZ have shown enough stuff ups here to be really challenged. The courts will expediate a date as well, which may indicate the serious breaches by ANZ in their claim of title to the shares.

This story just got better and a few others today thought so as well.
