If the Russians say no to the Sierra Leone deal then expect the following as a possibility.
The deal will be dropped.
The cash distribution will become 2 or 3 cash distributions to basically send almost all the cash back out to shareholders.
The company is reduced to an Iron Ore explorer with good cash resource (say $20M)
The war ends and everyone is basically happy
