I agree with lionhunter. Management need to step up to the plate put there hands in their pockets and buy shares on market.
The argument relating to management having sensitive information is null and void if we consider continuous discloser requirements.
The argument of a single director not selling is fairly weak considering most of their shares were given to them for nothing. As performance bonuses.
It’s human nature to buy something that is being thrown out at bargain prices. Why do you think retails businesses have sales that last the year round. If management “suspected” the sp was at bargain levels they would be jumping over each other to take a bigger slice of the pie.
Bigger forces are at play here. The fleecing has been going on for too long.
