85m shares awarded as performance bonuses... wow, thats pretty impresive. he must have been beeen doing something right. you dont get 85m shares in bonuses by standing by and doing nothing while ur company gets fleeced.
either way, that one directors holding not being sold is not a weak argument. there are companies out there who would kill for that sort of share registry.
i agree tho, bigger forces are at play. i just dont think its up to management to buy on market so that u sleep better at night.
