I think your on the money here...I've had the same thought...
Can't see how a possible dilution of a headstock, which has supported CER in many ways over the years would take most of the brunt on its current debt levels.
Me thinks a transition of funds would be required for a clean seperation. From memory there is a figure of some??500m at least.. on the books. Im sure more exists within its complicated web.
GR has said the lack of need to sale assets, (unless it will benefit them eg. bad development prospects,)yet the focus long term is to reduce LVR.
Surely, they are banking on something adequate coming through the books....who knows!!!....
