What is the use of ASX rules if some keep breaking them with a pathetic excuse given such as - oversight?? Even though i am still a holder, and have taken some profits, in my opinion AVO should have been severly reprimanded in some form and used as a lesson to all others.
Good old ASX, it asks questions to show it polices the system and accepts any kind of feeble excuse. The oversight consists of breaking the rule so why even bother asking questions if no action is taken!!
