There will be dilution, there always is when a company needs funds.
They are going to need money. Not much can be done about that.
That is the way it works.
The company has stated that they should have now concluded the process to select the "prefered partner".
If the "prefered partner" is not in a position to supply the funds at this time (due to a number of factors) required for the completion of the current drilling and other things that are happening in the background (enviro, feas studies etc) then they will have to go to the market.
Dilution is a part of this game.
Managing that dilution is the difference between good and not so good companies
If we end up fully funded with less than 300 million shares on issue, would that be good? I think so.
