going from aqq website the directors are

peter buttigieg - i.t. professional - melb based
roger Mitchell - accounting and media dev - Singapore based
paul buttigieg - bus and marketing - ? based
paul Weston - bus and marketing - ? based

so none appear to have mining creds , however at this stage it's not really an issue as consultants can be used when necessary and when a decision to mine and finance locked in they can hire the req personel on a full time basis
