They already had some buyers lined up who were willing to pay more than 130m$... as a spinout possibly 150m$.
Sage made such a great deal with the CopperCO acquisition that the sale of the Lady Anny mine alone will probably recover all the expenditures for the entire package of assets. Afterwards, CFE will still have heaps of assets which will be worth in excess of 100M $ + .
Great time to be a CFE shareholder.
