However Toho Zinc has a 22 percent holding of CBH which would a takeover more difficult with such a major shareholder already in place.
Good thought though as ZFX has clearly stated that they are open for a deal with such robust cash earnings...
It will be interesting to see if there are any of the Aussie Zinc players that do get taken over in the next 6 or 12 months..
ZFX could even be tapped on the shoulder from BHP.
