They have announced a strong ongoing push to upgrade their infrastructure - was it $20Bn over the next five year? Presumably this is primarily expanding/improving mobile data including 5G but TLS aren't going to grow as a business based only on a good mobile network in Australia because they already have that.
They need a plan for growth, acquisitions or some new technology to value add onto the mobile platform. I'm not sure the current team have the vision to execute that but we shall see.
