Watching the report...Lynas plant is looking as a state of the art peace of industrial plant...I can not imagine Malaysia will stop a 800 millions plant to start..do not forget that it ii a Temporary operating license which allow any additional monitoring to be done in the next two years....full steam ahead IMO.
