I'm surprised that (given an interpreter was used to interview the local resident) that the opportunity wasn't taken to correct his thinking about a nuclear reactor not even being there at the LAMP. At least the 'word of mouth' would begin to filter into the local community at some point. Ignorance will only provide political momentum to the opposition and SLSM group. It seems that they have secured the pre-emptive strike for misinformation and it is like pushing shite uphill to change that impression with the local community. Court action is too sophisticated to change the thinking of this peasant community......Lynas needs to begin a new program to win the trust of locals. Let's hope it's too little too late.
