I cant see why centro board/shareholders would accept your scenario. In the end its the shareholders and board who decide. The banks can hold the sword of damocles over us all they like but in the end it is our call. If we dont like it we will just tell the banks to stick it and they can pull the plug at their own risk! Or they can come back with a better offer.
Remember dont blink!
If hybrids are issued I think it will be some sort of compromise between the 2 as both the shareholders and banks have to be happy with it!
