Good summary buffett, its what Ive been saying for a while. Current shareholders (besides the banks) are at risk of losing basically everything. Banks in best position to force a debt for equity share which will dilute current shareholders considerably. Will shareholders allow this? Depends, how much do they currently collectively own of CNP?
Still alot of unknown variables. Who knows how CNP comes out the other end. It could be good if so thats when Id be buying stock, after all the wheeling and dealing is done.
