Big fat banker walks into the room and says to centro shareholders. “Accept this deal which will make your holdings worthless or else!” Or else what? Your going to call in the administrators and make our holdings worthless!
Come on Buffet if hybrids are issued it will have to be acceptable to both parties. Your scenario is not acceptable to both parties so it wont work. Plain and simple.
