    I am not a preacher of doom. Please refer to my older posts re what can happen in dilution scenario. If you don't understand the consequence of the dilution possiblities then you need to do a little research.
    Try 1 billion 2 year convertible note converting at 10 cents as an example, result CNP in 2 years could have 10.894 billion bits of paper divided by its net assets. Now tell me where you upside is?
