lateline- ''next wave of boat people''

Shclock journalism maybe par for course everywhere else. But I rely on lateline (and 7.30 report) for decent current affirs.
Friday night: Lateline joined every other journalistic moron that likes to report on boat people as if it matters.

BOAT PEOPLE = 4% OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

To all media
Stop presenting this crap as if it matters a scrap.

This is not commentary on illegal immigrants.
This is simply a comment regarding journalism leaving out simple facts of their reporting to make it seem important.
Then election are won/lost on bs rather than things that matter.

p.s. - normally I'm a shrinking violet in my opinions.
