Lateline tonight covered much of what has been discussed endlessly on this forum.
The unprecedented rises in immigration, the many years of insufficient building, the necessity for people to share premises as rents rise relentlessly, the lack of supply of properties, etc.
It is only a matter of 12 - 18 months and there should be sufficient data to settle many of the arguments that take place here ... if posters are man enough to admit they were wrong. We'll see who has that sort of backbone.
I need to get over to Adelaide to get a better feel for the areas I am interested in, I think if I leave it for much longer I will regret the higher prices I will have to pay.
I was right about the interest rates and I will prove right about Adelaide (I doubt I will see any apologies coming from any of you who ridiculed me when I said last year and early this year that rates were coming down).
