I most certainly will take you up on your offer and at the least I would love to have cold beer and discuss investments with you.
My timescale is sometime in the next 3-6 months. It will take some organising but I will get over there and make some decisions.
Right now I am focussed on Semaphore and Largs Bay and then only on the areas within a few minutes walk of the train stations and between the tracks and the water.
