David v/s Goliath perhaps but let it never be said that the average Nexus shareholders were just as easy a pushover as their multi-million dollar earning management...
In the end it is just going to be a loss of money for us all... not the end of the world but if we give this up without a fight it will be more painful than losing a bit (or a lot - for some) of money...
I don't know how this will end but it sure looks more rosy today than it was a month ago due to all your efforts...
