I'm perplexed over this whole ordeal.

The CEO Gary Cohen, should stand down immediately over this embarrassing Margin Call situation!

How for the life of me, does a CEO who holds a substantial amount of shares, get into a risky position to trigger a Margin Call ?

He should be PROTECTING S/Holders assets, NOT DESTROYING THEM.

Now everyone wants to get excited about a possible Takeover ???

If iSOFT was trading at 60c and could get a TO offer of $1 then OK we would celebrate.......BUT hold the phone, iSOFT is trading at 17 measly cents!!!
