    Agree Mr. P.

But, there is one thing has to be taken in consideration as well.
And that is, that if we are to wait until the IER and then send our request with the 100 signatures to the ESG Board, and then wait for them to call for the EGM, (if they are not going to object to it that is), the EGM will then have to be called after the SOA meeting has taken place.
From memory, the SOA will go to the voters around October. So, if the Board has two months time to call for an EGM after it has been forced to do so by the requisitioning shareholders, and now we are in August already and we won't have the IER for at least another months, what then...

Unless of course the Board will decide to run the EGM in conjunction with the SOA Meeting, or postponing it altogether until after the EGM has been held, there is no chance that it become possible. Can you imagine the fire fight that could happen at that meeting if it was to occur ??

IF something has to be done, IMO it has to be starting immediately. For, delaying it until the IER report is released, it could come against you due to the lateness.

After all, if the IER report will prove that we will be getting more than the offer that has been put to us already, the requisitioning shareholders could withdraw that request and put paid to it.

    Please DYOR.
