Few years ago they found a little in my car, WA first offence with small quantity you can opt to attend a counselling session and not record a conviction which I did. Counsellor agreed my wine consumption was more harmful than the small about of weed I used.

Anyway legalisation for medical use is a big step forward, they will be able to study it more and hopefully it will not show it's as bad as some think.

There was little logic in how Cannabis became illegal and little evidence it was a poison, it was simply classes as a narcotic along side Heroin and Opium yet me know it's no where near as potent
