Yes it was three plants...that’s basically what got me off along with an extensive veg garden with nearly 20 veg types and literally 50 2mtr high tomatoes.......one interesting thing that happened was my barrister asked the botanist who weighed it and confirmed it was pot..(and didn’t want to reduce the weight claiming I could have made oil from the stalks.)..when asked if he could weigh some wet then dry it and weigh it again so we could establish a dry weight.....he said he couldn’t because now it had gone moldy and was highly cancerous and too dangerous to handle...?
